ACCEPTING WHAT IS

The simplicity of accepting what is allows us the freedom to be who we are .



Every moment we are experiencing WHAT IS, unfortunately quite often we resist this and judge that what is happening is somehow wrong , and the non-acceptance of this creates struggle in our lives for what we don’t realize is that what we are witnessing is a reflection of who we are and when we negate it we negate ourselves.


To adopt an attitude of total acceptance enables us to openly read and receive the feedback of our lives showing us and informing us about where we are and how this is a reflection of what is hidden within us.


Acceptance has a deeper impact, for it allows us to accept ourselves, and when we finally drop the judgment of others we drop the judgment of ourselves and we are finally allow ourselves the freedom to be who we are!
