Dancing is the physical embodiment of freedom
Just like the waves that dance freely in the ocean when we allow us selves to move without restriction we become the living embodiment of freedom.
Dancing is a way to teach our body to release it’s normally restrictive form and to explore and create shape and movement reminding us that Our normally limited ideas are simply repeated habits and When we give ourselves time each day to explore the dance we can discover freedom is only a step away.
