BE WILLING TO FACE YOUR INNER DEMONS WITH LOVE FOR THEY ARE YOUR LOST CHILDREN HIDDEN BEHIND A WALL OF PROTECTION AND MASK OF FEAR
What ever we fear outside of us and try to avoid in others is actually a mirror of our inner demons. These hidden voices within us that seem to lie in the dark crying for attention. However although the dark and strange voice that is distorted by the prison that holds it , can be scary, they are actually aspects of yourself that were buried long ago.
These are your lost children the parts of you that seem to be threatened by the outside world as you grew up, and you created a protection mechanism that hid them away in a safe place with big castle walls, a drawbridge and a moat to make sure they were never harmed again. However these dear and precious aspects of yourself became prisoners of this mechanism and your valiant ego became a jailer of all that is spontaneous innocent and vital in you.
When we start to face the shadows Within us, we can be triggered by the unknown and the strange sounds and pain that seems to be hidden there, yet it is actually your lost aspects of your being yearning to be reunited. To do this we need to tear down the walls, fill up the moat and let down the drawbridge, which can feel very scary and very vulnerable. Yet when we face these aspects of ourselves, initially there will be trepidation and the release of a lot of suppressed energy and this may take many forms that would disrupt our lives. yet once this initial stage has subsided we can welcome back the magical aspects of our purist self, that were locked away to protect them but now really yearn to be reunited.
When we have the courage to face this stage in our life and no longer avoid that which we fear, but walk steadfastly towards it knowing that behind each dark face in the shadows is a beautiful child of our own Being waiting to come home .
