When we strive for a result we fail to recognize the one that is already present in this moment
If we are so focused on the future and obtaining of a result , we enter into each moment with an agenda and we can then miss the actual gift of this moment that is being presented to us .
Every moment comes with a gift , “a present , pre-sent by our presence “ as Neale Donald Walsche has famously said and yet if we do not show up to each moment with an open positive receptivity we can miss this and be so busy striving for some future ideology that we don’t see what is being offered right here and now .
So although our future dreams can be inspiring and create excitement don’t forget to be aware that it is the jewels of the present where the real riches are !
