Everyday the sunrise offers us
the opportunity to release our past and be reborn
every day the sun rises, normally when a lot of us are still in bed, but if we take the opportunity and invest in ourselves we can take an early night and we structure our days to rise with the sun.
This ancient ritual has been practiced by humans for thousands of years and as the sun breaks over the horizon it is seen as a symbol of the ancient Phoenix, Being reborn every day and serves as a metaphor to remind us that we can drop all our past when we go to sleep at night and envision a brand new future and rice with the sun and re-create ourselves letting go of all that no longer serves us and making space for new inspiration new passions and new creations.
