Do not wait to discover happiness but rather bring it with you to every experience
I true happiness is not a result, that is a temporary hit, a cessation of the false need that temporarily got sated by something outside of yourself but as soon as that has passed, as soon as you have tasted the food or spent the money you are now in need of the next hit.
Real happiness is a decision from within a realization of your fullness and it comes to fruition when you choose to bring it with you to every experience, and the way to do this is to share it , to bring light , ease patience, compassion, caring to every person, place and situation that you step into.
This kind of true Bliss , grows within you the more you choose it and remove the blockages from expressing it , the more you realize that happiness is the expression of who you really are and is an internal choice not a external result!
