BEING GENTLE WITH ONESELF ATTRACTS EASE INTO YOUR LIFE
Since life is a reflection when we are feeling stressed because we have tension in our life, the first place to start is with our own relationship with ourselves.
Many of us are hard on ourselves, and expect a lot , often much more than others would. We try to constantly achieve more, always evaluating on the basis of how much effort we have put into things. However, this internal force creates a striving that builds up stress, first emotionally and then eventually it manifest in some physical ache or pain.
Instead of this internal war, we can choose to be gentle with ourselves. To recognize that from a place of peace, we can move gracefully in the world, and instead of friction, we start to attract and navigate through ease.
Life is not meant to be hard that is an opinion that creates an external dynamic we can instead choose ease, treating ourselves with tender, loving care, and in that gentle expression, discover, the deeper beauty of life.
