Each moment is a gift that we must be present to receive it
The present is a present , pre-sent by our presence
This phrase was coined by Neale Donald Walsche in his book conversations with God yet there is one more layer to add .
To receive the present, the gift that is available to us in every moment we have to be present !
We have to show up to this moment unencumbered by the past and without future expectations.
For only them can we actually see the amazing accuracy and bounty of each moment .
So today when you find your mind wondering about the future , pull it back to the witness and see what is happening right now in front of you and be open to receive!
