CONTENTMENT IS THE RECOGNITION OF THE ABUNDANCE OF EVERY MOMENT
Most of us are looking for fulfillment at sometime in the future. We spend the present moment discontented , always looking to achieve some step on our path towards success believing it is ahead of us and because of that we miss recognizing the truth , that it is in front of us in this present moment.
If we cannot recognize it externally it is an opportunity to go inside and feel it for ourselves. When we stop and breathe deeply we reconnect with our divine essence inside and remind ourselves that that connection is never lost we simply became distracted in the looking for it elsewhere.
Once we remember and are reconnected , we can open our eyes and in this space of receptiveness we start to realize that every moment is full of an abundance of beauty and wonder . Contentment is found when we attune our sight to see through the illusion of separation, for once we do we recognize the beauty we see before us is our very own reflection .
