WHEN WE ARE LIT UP WE FILL THE WORLD WITH DELIGHT
Most of us look for something outside of ourselves to ignite us and spend a lot of our time seeking this .
Yet just like when we stand in the sun we feel warm and bright , when the clouds of our life approach we then feel cold and withdrawn .
So relying on something external to bring us ignition is always temporary .
Yet the true source of our illumination is within us .
We are the source we seek , so to access those we need to remove the internal dampers we have put on ourselves that have us seek it outside.
As a child we where beaming our love consistently yet we became intimidated by our magnificence as others told us we where too much.
So in order to light ourselves up once more we need to remove the internal dam and allow ourselves to shine unrestrained.
For when we are lit up we full of light or de-light-full !
and our willingness to shine invites all we meet to join in our delight .
