RECUPERATION
IS WHEN WE RECHARGE OUR ENERGY BY FOCUSING ON INTERNAL NOT EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS
When we are depleted it is because we have forgotten we are our own source and have been looking for sustenance from external sources.
We call this the worldly game of "Trade" where we exchange our energy for someone else's energy and often this has an imbalance.
We try very hard to make others happy , in order for them to like us , so that we feel lovable and therefore worthy of love . We do this in a hundred different ways each day constantly looking for confirmation of our worth but eventually it exhausts us , because every action is looking for a payment and so often the payment is not worth the cost .
Eventually we recognize that this does not suffice and we realize our external is a reflection of our inner and instead of looking for value outside ourselves we must turn inwards. The only reason we feel we lack anything is because we have disconnected from the source within us and when we reconnect, we recuperate and are recharged .
Then instead of looking for the outside to bring us energy we unleash our energy to the world understanding that it is removal of suppression that gives us access to unbounded energy.
