WHEN WE SURRENDER OUR NEED FOR APPROVAL WE REALIZE OUR TRUE WORTH
We are all encouraged to accomplish things in our life , to make something of ourselves, yet what I've found is that behind this drive can be a hidden sense of not being enough .
Early in our life we have been told we where too much in our excitement to engage life m, and we chose to hold ourselves back , deciding that what we where was not good enough . So we attempt to seek our value in the approval of others .
This becomes so important that we are willing to sabotage our authenticity for the sake of this confirmation from others yet ultimately because we lose ourselves in the process no matter what praise we receive it never lands on our authentic being .
Eventually if we chose to release this exhausting goal, we discover that when we allow ourselves to bravely express ourself without filters , that it is our vulnerability that actually is recognized and celebrated by others and leads us to the realization of our true worth .
