THE TWO G's GRATITUDE AND GENEROSITY BE GRATEFUL FOR ALL YOU HAVE AND BE GENEROUS WITH IT
One of my daily routines is to always remember 2Gs. Gratitude and generosity. Whenever I am feeling any sense of lack or loss I realize I have lost touch with the present moment here now, and I intentionally focus on all the things to be grateful for. So often we are focused on the things we want, we forget that right now we have everything we need .
When I recognize that this very moment I am complete as I am , I recognize that the thought that something was missing was actually creating the sadness, and realizing that this present moment is full is all it takes to dispel this.
The best way to ingrain this way of thinking , is to practice the second 'G ' generosity. For when we give of ourselves , we prove to ourselves that we have more than enough and in sharing we discover our true value and how abundant we really are .
