EXTERNAL REJECTION IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR INTERNAL COMPASSION
For so many of us the root cause of inauthenticity is the importance we give to the opinions of others . When we were young we learnt the behavior of manipulating ourselves in a way to gain approval. In seeking to be accepted we defined our value by feedback of others .
The problem with this is the feedback we get is of the energy we give out ultimately a mirror of our own internal landscape. The universe doesn't give you what you want it gives you whag you are. So when we feel rejection on the outside it is a sign of how we have rejected ourselves, yet i do not suggest that we move to judgement but the exact opposite. To recognize this is simple an invitation for Self Love .
All external Rejection carries with it the opportunity for compassion. We are so busy seeking it we fail to see the cost . When we look for value outside it costs us authenticity, the crazy thing is when we look to please ourselves it is the direct result of being Authentic. Our total Fulfillment is only a decision away and the fuller we are the more we have to offer others .
