BE GRATEFUL FOR THAT WHICH LEAVES SO YOU MAY WELCOME THAT WHICH ARRIVES
Often when someone or something leaves us we can be prone to disappointment , often feeling sadness for our loss. We can become stuck on what it is that feel we missing and this can create a block in recognizing there is a space that is opening us up to receiving some thing new.
The first step is to consciously grieve , allowing ourselves to feel whatever emotions, arise, not suppressing or swallowing them. For if we hold onto them, they create dis-ease within us, and will eventually lead to bitterness and potential illness. So surrender and feel them fully until they are clear.
Once we have fully allowed ourself to express, we can then move to celebration. Remembering all the things we are grateful for for that person or situation being in our life , feeling this gratitude, then ignites our optimism , so that instead of bitterness and neediness we open up , making space to welcome the next perfect person, place or situation that waiting to arrive in our lives.
