EVERYDAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR REBIRTH , TO REMOVE THE LIMITATIONS OF WHO WE THINK WE ARE AND RELEASE THE EXPRESSION OF WHO WE CHOOSE TO NOW BE
Each year we have our birthday where we celebrate ourselves , we invite family and friends to witness how we have grown through the year. It is also a time to practice self reflection to look at what journeys we have taken and how there have helped our evolution.
Yet everyday is actually an opportunity for rebirth. To see what aspects of ourselves we have held on to too tightly and what aspects we hold hidden within that we wish to amplify in ourselves.
So often parts if ourselves that have been invested in the past have now become limitations for our future .
Each morning with the practice of meditation or journaling ,or walking in nature gives us a moment to reflect on what aspects of ourselves that we have become too attached too and allow ourselves to free these limitations, so that we can allow space for the expression of who we now choose to be .
