A NEW YEAR IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO DROP THE OLD STRUCTURE OF IDENTITY AND WELCOME THE FREEDOM OF FLUIDITY
Each moment we are renewed, and ever flowing fluidity of experience that dances through this journey of life .
Yet quite often we can become attached to our memories of ourself and this identity becomes a rigid structure of personality that after time restricts the true expression of who we are in this very moment .
A new Year holds a symbolic ideology within this world that brings about a wave of renewed vigor to make conscious changes . To look at this package of identity and choose to upgrade from the limitations we hold true about ourselves and surrender them moving instead toward a more authentic expression of truth that we hold as guidance in each step .
Instead of a solid person we become a fluid spirit that occupies each moment without attachment to results or needing to protect our being , for we realize this being is an illusion and the true expression of ourselves is constantly effected and shifted by each experience and thus we drop the effort of being ourselves and instead discover the effortless of Being itself .
