IF WE ALLOW THE STILLNESS WE NOTICE THE SWEETNESS
So often we are busily trying to fill our lives with activities and meetings that we forget our appointment with stillness. We we give importance to emptiness we are actually allowing something unexpected to arise rather than filling every moment, we are opening up to the mystery of life and offering it an invitation.
In this spaciousness we can recognize the slowly perceptible sweetness that bubbles up and fills these moments. When we surrender our small you's job of making things happen we can allow the BIG U to invite the most wonderful sweet situations to occur that do not have a productivity quota but a graceful quota .
So if we can reposition our priorities to include this mindset , our hearts will blossom and infuse our more active times with a ease and peace , as we recognize the blessings of stillness and the spaciousness it offers to us and those we connect with .
