THE CLAM IS NOT ONLY BEFORE THE STORM BUT ALSO IN THE CENTER OF IT
The common saying the calm before the storm implies a foreboding that when things are calm that there is a storm coming .
Yet what is a storm yet a shaking up of things in our life , that reveal the things that are loose and to be blown away and the parts that are secure .
Yet also in the middle of the storm is a calm point . The still point at the center , that is where we are .
For the storm only affects the outer layers of our identities not the inner presence.
The storm is a cleansing and revealing , yet when we stay centered within it we can trust that what is removed is a purification and what remains is solid without the need to hold it .
So today move to your center , do not hold on to the exterior , allow the storm to cleanse your life and wait optimistically for the new day and New You that is to come !
