CREATE YOUR TIME

HOW WE EXPERIENCE TIME IS A MEASURE OF OUR INSISTENCE, RESISTANCE AND ACCEPTANCE.

Time seems to be immutable and constant and yet when we really look at the details we realize that it is different all over the world with different time zones. It is different on a different planet because they have different orbits around the sun and most importantly it is different for each of us depending on awareness in the moment, time can feel like it’s slow or time can feel like it’s fast, and so we can see that time is actually based on our perception.

How we actually experience time is directly related to our attitude towards it. It changes depending on three states . If we are in insistence, trying to push things along Time resists us and starts to slow down and we say it is dragging. If we are in resistance trying to slow time down it does the opposite and seems to speed up and we say Time is flying . So we can see that the more force, i.e. stress we feel actually create a feedback mechanism without experience of time that directly relates to this.

The answer is to neither resist or insist but rather to trust the perfection that is playing out before us no matter what speed it seems to be perceived by us.

When we move into the third state of Allowing , we let the play of life create its own tempo directly related to our own authentic inner symphony and we can enjoy every moment without friction and enjoy the ride , both expected and unexpected moments of wonder.
