Even in the most confusing times we can find the peace we are seeking within ourselves
when the clowns cover our mind and create confusion instantly his other thoughts over that and contradict it can be difficult to make decisions I know which way to go.
It is precisely when we perceive confusion with our mind That we need to drop below the clouds of thoughts into our hearts and rest there allowing ourselves a respite and simply sitting in observation from a place of trust and allowance.
The peace that seems to evade our minds is always present within us when we let go of insistence and Resistance and settle instead into observation and allow the peace of this state to wash over us , knowing that when the time is right we will have the clarity shine through and light the way forward from the beat of out own hearts!
