In life we can sometimes have a tendency to dismiss the old in favor of the new , yet what this forgets is that we are always a new person that is being changed and evolved consistently through our lives and when we realize this we see that what we perceive as old is actually the memory that we carried from the past about a person , place or thing , and then we see that it is this perspective that limits both ourselves and how we perceive the world .
When we revisit old places , people or situations, both physically , mentally and emotionally we can actually show up unattached to our past ideas about it and our relationship with it and in that innocence see new wonders arise , as we open up to recognizing Source in all , and see our Reflection and our growth revealed !
