No matter how dark the night is keep going for the dawn will always bring the light
Some stages of life it can seem very dark, as if we are in an eternal night trying to get clarity on our lives , and might lose sight of our goals , yet it is here stay on course for it is in the dark that we are given the ability to practice shining our own internal light , that not only lights the way for us but also lights the way for others around us .
When we lift ourselves up and shine forth with courage and optimism then it encourages others to do this also and inner resilience develops that we start to appreciate the dark times for what they show us about ourselves.
Eventually the dawn arises as the collective evolution of us all brings about a new era of light upon the world .
