Surrender your heart to love for this is its true purpose
The function of your heart is a pump , in our bodies it pumps and oxygenates our whole system with the blood that brings us life , in the emotional body it pumps the Love , that we are , from within us out into the world .
When we hold back our heart from loving ,due to a past painful experience,we trap it and imprison ourselves , and when the Love does not flow we stagnate and become depressed.
The answer is to surrender our heart completely to its True purpose to allow it to Love all we see before us , without judgment or condition, for love in truth is the absence of conditions, and all that we would judge is a reflection of our own judgment.
Your well-being and vitality are a direct result of your opening your heart to love and when we love life we ultimately open to Love ourselves!.
