In our lives we are so busy with words, they can be external words to others or they can be internal words in our mind. The chattering quite often never stops.

The gift of meditation expounded for centuries by the wise is to stop that incessant voice and gift space for the silence, the beautiful expansiveness Where no thought can arise, for when it does we can hear the Gentle Whispering of the universal harmony.

When we surrender, and give over the space to a quiet yet divine intelligence the answers and guidance we seek will arise from that beautiful unlimited higher power that is always silently waiting for us to invite it in.
